Registration The MindsPay registration process involves 4 steps and takes 5 – 10 minutes. First, enter your first, email and ZIP code. As soon as you hit submit, you are shown a page that asks you to complete your member profile, fill out the member questionnaire (7 “yes or no” questions), and confirm your membership. Then you have to wait five minutes to get a confirmation link emailed to you. Once you click the link your membership is complete. The one issue: we didn’t see the confirmation link come through.
Website experience You can request payment when your account reaches $50. Payments are processed and credited by PayPal on the 1st or 15th of every month. The website is simple and clearly laid out. Overall the site is easy to navigate and use. The main navigation is divided into FAQs, referrals, contact and Facebook Connect. Under the account area, they clearly label surveys by number, description and payout.
Customer service To contact support, log in and email MindsPay via the Contact Us page: http://support.mindspay.com/. They assign you a ticket number. Nice feature: you can track the progress of your requests using the number.
